Howdy!

I am a father to two vibrant children, one in intermediate school and the other in elementary school. Fatherhood is, without a doubt, the most rewarding job I have ever had. (Yes, son, I can play Minecraft on Hardcore Mode! Yes, daughter, I can still do a bridge!)
 

I am also a husband to an extraordinary woman who has devoted herself to educating America’s young minds, all while supporting my global military career, enduring my absences for a year, a month, or even just a week at a time. (Hey sweetie, what if we go skiing??)
 

The Army has been my extended family, where I've built some of the most meaningful friendships in the most unique of circumstances. (Dave, Kevin…fire pit and cigars?)
 

My approach to life is rooted in holistic and strategic thinking, aiming to enhance efficiency, foster development in others, and ensure organizational goals are met by leveraging our most precious resource—our people. (Alex, Abby, I’m grateful you trusted me!).
 

Physical fitness matters to me; in November 2021, I completed 10,000 burpees to raise awareness for veteran suicide, and I also participated in a 12-hour endurance fitness event to push my physical limits and explore my mental resilience. (Thank you Heavy Bag, 007, Ironman, and so many others on this journey!)
 

Traveling with my family is one of our greatest joys. We immerse ourselves in various cultures worldwide, learning as much as we represent American values, even when my duties take me away alone. (Yes Vietnamese mom, you can hold and carry my infant daughter!).
 

I have failed forward, taking every opportunity to learn and grow with each step of my journey, always finding the positive and clearly communicating it.
 

Above all, I cherish the privacy and tranquility of home life, where we find joy in laughter and growth over home-cooked meals together. We open our doors to friends and strangers alike, inviting them into a home filled with love (Homemade croissants, anyone?).
